The Anne Frank- A History for Today exhibition just wound up at the South City International School, Kolkata today. This is what some of the peer guides had to say about their experiences.
I had a really good experience. I learnt a lot. I had already read the diary of Anne Frank in Class 7 but this refreshed my memory. It was really exciting interacting with the students from different schools and I made a lot of new friends. Being a peer guide for the first time was fun.
-Anupriya, Class 12
It was a great opportunity for me to become a part of the Anne Frank exhibition and inspire people to read the book. To understand Anne’s life and to get to know what she went through makes me feel really bad.
-Sparsh, Class 10
I am honoured to have been given this opportunity. I understand how tough the job of a teacher is! I learnt a lot about Anne Frank, World War II and World history from this exhibition.
-Raunak, Class 10
I have learnt about how innocent people lost their lives. The exhibition has made people think about the victims agony, pain, suffreing and fear. It has allowed us to pay tribute to Anne Frank and her family.
-Upal, Class 10
