Mike Sell is an associate professor of English in the graduate programme in Literature and Criticism at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He is the author of Avant-Garde Performance and the Limits of Criticism (2005) and the editor of Ed Bullins: Twelve Plays and Selected Writings (2006) and Avant-Garde Performance and Material Exchange: Vectors of the Radical.
